Admission to the children’s homes is based on the CWC order of the district for children who needs care and protection.
Any children who are admitted for temporary shelter purpose will be presented before the CWC within 24 hours for further decisions.
Any child who has runaway after the admission need to Report to the Police and CWC within 24 hours.
Admission can be for long term or temporary, care purpose children from the home district will be admitted.
Children’s counselling report, form no 17 from JJAct, medical certificate, documents and order of CWC is must at the time of admission.
Children who are admitted form other districts and stated will be presented before CWC and arrangements are made for escorting to their home states and districts along with SJPU and WCD department.
Children who have parents and relatives will be restored back to their home after a proper home study and Social Investigation Report along with CWC order.
